You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date, the shipping charges are non-refundable. When you return an item, please email us first at support@xaxe.com, to indicate the reason for the return and get the returning address. We will refund you upon receiving your returning package. All returns are subject to a restocking fee. We have a standard restocking fee of 15% on all returned items. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.

Please note, if your original order is up to $150 and enjoy our free shipping benefit, a $15 shipping fee has to be deducted if your order is under $150 after the returning. Custom make items are not refundable.
